Q. The Chinese character I want to use is not in the list.
A. “Jieum” provides a naming solution based on Chinese characters for the Supreme Court’s names. Chinese characters that are not included in the list cannot be used in names.
Q. Aren’t foreign names supported?
A. Jieum provides foreign character name naming only for self ‘Chinese character’ naming. If you would like to name a foreign character, please use the ‘self-naming’ service.
Q. Is free impressions available for babies born within the last month?
A. Impression service is a service provided free of charge. We have placed restrictions on this service to prevent free impressions from being used for naming newborns. Legally, the newborn birth registration period must be completed within one month, and a one-month restriction was inevitably placed to accommodate this period.
Q. What is the meaning of feathers?
A. The feather seen in the name result is a way of writing to express good or bad. Yellow feathers mean good, empty feathers mean bad.
